Pamela Fort

Pamela Fort, the founder of New Day Employment Network (NDEN), has devoted her life to being a champion for second chances and a catalyst for positive change in the lives of others.

Pam’s journey began in 2018 when she founded NDEN, after earning a Masters degree in Training & Development from Roosevelt University, Chicago. Since 2001, Pam has been a facilitator of community engagement projects, pioneering initiatives that provide people with opportunities to participate in civic activities and developing programs that improve ex-offenders’ eligibility for employment. Her commitment to addressing the most pressing issues facing her community, from violence and race relations to unemployment, led her to host numerous public awareness forums. These events brought together citizens and public officials to explore feasible solutions to the challenges that local youth face.

A Legacy of Empowerment

Over two decades ago, Pam created an expungement program to help qualifying individuals clear their criminal records by sealing or expunging them, enabling them to move forward in their lives with optimism and a sense of purpose. The program was a resounding success: around 5,000 people attended our expungement seminars, and we received thanks from hundreds who had their records sealed and expunged as a result of attending our sessions and receiving support from our partner volunteer attorneys.

Transforming Lives

Our expungement program has been a pivotal turning point for many, opening doors that were once closed and providing a fresh start for hundreds.

Community Support

The success of our expungement program has been made possible through the support of our partner volunteer attorneys and the Will County community.

A Step Towards A Better Future

Sealing or expunging criminal records is more than just a legal process; it's a crucial step towards a brighter future, full of opportunities and renewed purpose.
